Unsere Notwohnsiedlung Brothuuse mit ihren drei Aussenwohngruppen (AWG) richtet sich an Menschen ab 24 Jahren, die einen Weg aus ihrer Wohnungs- und Obdachlosigkeit suchen oder kurz vor der Obdachlosigkeit stehen. Hier finden die Betroffenen ein Obdach und fachliche Unterstützung auf ihrem Weg der Neuorientierung und der Stärkung ihrer Wohn- und Sozialkompetenzen.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n:

Mitarbeiter:in Soziale Arbeit/Sozialpädagogik HF/FH 60 - 80 % ##

Eine Aufgabe, die herausfordert:

  • Fallführung als Bezugsperson im Einzelsetting
  • Verantwortung für eine funktionierende Hausgemeinschaft
  • Begleitung/Beratung der Bewohnenden in den Bereichen Wohnen, Gesundheit und Soziales
  • Unterstützung der Bewohnenden in administrativen Angelegenheiten
  • Unterstützung der Bewohnenden im Kontakt mit Dritten
  • Qualifizierte Dokumentation der Fallarbeit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen internen Angeboten
  • Pikettdienst (Telefonbereitschaft)

Ein Profil, das überzeugt:

  • Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit/Sozialpädagogik FH/HF
  • Hohe Selbst- und Sozialkompetenzen
  • Empathischer und geschickter Umgang mit Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen
  • Belastbarkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Selbständigkeit
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

Die Stiftung Sozialwerk Pfarrer Sieber (SWS) setzt sich auf der Basis des Evangeliums für Notleidende ein. Mit über 190 Mitarbeitenden und 350 Freiwilligen betreibt sie in Zürich und Umgebung mehrere Einrichtungen im Gesundheits- und Sozialbereich und bietet insbesondere Hilfe bei Obdachlosigkeit, Suchtmittelabhängigkeit sowie sonstigen damit verbundenen gesundheitlichen und sozialen Problemen.
