Lebensjahr, die auf Pflege und Betreuung angewiesen sind, ein sicheres, gut organisiertes und lebenswertes Umfeld. Hierfür erbringt tilia alle Leistungen aus einer Hand. Neben Pflege und Betreuung gehören dazu auch Aufgaben in Administration, Gastronomie, Reinigung & Hausdienst, Technik, Verwaltung und weiteren Supportbereichen. Diese Funktionen sind ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres Angebots und tragen wesentlich zur Lebensqualität unserer Bewohnenden bei. An unserem neu umgebauten Standort Elfenau legen wir noch mehr Wert darauf, den Bewohnenden mit den auf sie abgestimmten Mahlzeiten täglich Freude zu bereiten. Aus diesem Grund bieten wir im tilia Elfenau per 1. Dezember 2026 eine Stelle als

Ihre Aufgabe

  • selbständig für einen gepflegten Service für unsere Bewohnenden im Speisesaal (Frühstück, Mittag-, Abendessen) sorgen
  • verantwortlich für Menübestellungen und die Lagerbewirtschaftung
  • diverse Reinigungs- und Transportarbeiten
  • Mitverantwortung für die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienevorgaben im Speisesaal

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Ausbildung im Bereich Hotellerie/Hauswirtschaft oder Erfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion
  • Freude an der Arbeit und im Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch-Kenntnisse (Mundart verstehen von Vorteil)
  • hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Dienstleistungsdenken
  • Bereitschaft, Wochenenddienste zu leisten
  • selbständige, flexible und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
