The posting

Die Stiftung Maihof Zug begleitet Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen und unterstützt sie dabei, ihre Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln und möglichst selbstbestimmt zu leben. An fünf Standorten im Kanton Zug bieten wir rund 80 erwachsenen Menschen begleitetes Wohnen und eine Tagesstruktur an.

Zur Verstärkung unseres 5-köpfigen Technischen Dienstes suchen wir eine zuverlässige und handwerklich versierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne anpackt, mitdenkt und selbständig arbeitet. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für den technischen Unterhalt an einem unserer Standorte und unterstützen das Team bei Bedarf flexibel auch an den weiteren Standorten.

Mitarbeiter/in Technischen Dienst 100 %

Aufgaben

  • Unterhalts-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Anlagen selbständig ausführen (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär)
  • Wartung, Pflege und Einsatz der Fahrzeugflotte
  • Koordination und Überwachung externer Handwerksfirmen und Dienstleister
  • Pflege und Unterhalt der Umgebung und der Tierstallungen 
  • Transporte zwischen unseren Standorten sowie zu externen Kunden
  • Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeitende (Brandschutz, Fahrzeugsicherheit und weitere sicherheitsrelevante Themen)
  • Mitarbeit bei der praktischen Ausbildung und Begleitung unserer Lernenden
  • Mitarbeit im Winterdienst
  • Piketteinsätze ausserhalb der normalen Arbeitszeit (24h und Wochenende) 

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Grundausbildung EFZ, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Sanitär, Heizung, Elektro, Holzbau, Gebäudetechnik oder Betriebsunterhalt
  • Breites handwerkliches und technisches Verständnis
  • Zuverlässige und unkomplizierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Freundlicher und respektvoller Umgang mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung und Mitarbeitenden
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office 
  • Führerausweis Kat. B, Anhängerprüfung vorhanden oder Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben
  • Bereitschaft für Piketteinsätze und Wohnort höchstens 30 Fahrminuten von Menzingen entfernt
