Deine Aufgaben: - Du planst, koordinierst und führst Instandhaltungsarbeiten in den HLKSE-Bereichen Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär und Elektro durch – inklusive Spezialanlagen wie Wasseraufbereitung - Du bearbeitest und behebst Störungsmeldungen selbstständig und bist mitverantwortlich für einen reibungslosen Betrieb aller technischen Anlagen - Du bedienst sicherheitsrelevante Anlagen und wirkst aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit - Du dokumentierst alle Tätigkeiten zuverlässig im Instandhaltungstool (COR) - Du begleitest und koordinierst Fremdfirmen und unterstützt bei technischen Projekten – je nach Bedarf auch in leitender Rolle• Du leistest Pikettdienst im Turnus

Unsere Anforderungen: - Handwerkliche Grundausbildung mit EFZ - PC-Affinität, MS-Office sowie Instandhaltungsprogramme und Digitalisierung - ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein, Selbständigkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
