Das Heilpädagogische Zentrum Schüpfheim als kantonale Institution bietet ein breites Angebot zum LEBEN, LERNEN und ARBEITEN für rund 110 Menschen mit einer kognitiven Beeinträchtigung. 325 Personen aus verschiedenen Berufsrichtungen arbeiten in unserer Institution in den Bereichen Zentrale Dienste, Kinderhaus Weidmatt, Kinder und Jugendliche und Erwachsene. Du begeisterst dich für den Technischen Dienst, arbeitest strukturiert und möchtest dein Fachwissen in einem sinnstiftenden Umfeld einsetzen? Im Heilpädagogischen Zentrum im Herzen der Biosphäre Entlebuch übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Gebäude-Infrastruktur und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zum reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Institution.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt die Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer technischen Anlagen sowie der gesamten Gebäude-Infrastruktur inkl. Hallenbad.
  • Du pflegst die Aussenanlagen, übernimmst den Winterdienst und führst sowohl Grund- als auch Spezialreinigungen durch.
  • Administrative Aufgaben sowie die Qualitätssicherung unterstützt du aktiv, während du Reparaturaufträge aus dem Ticketsystem effizient bearbeitest.
  • Du übernimmst Pikettdienst 24/7 ca. alle vier Wochen. 

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine handwerkliche Ausbildung EFZ sowie eine Weiterbildung als Gebäudetechniker/in (Schwerpunkt HLKS) oder FA Hauswart/in.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gebäudetechnik und idealerweise eine Fachbewilligung zur Desinfektion von Badewasser mit.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch ein vernetztes und dienstleistungsorientiertes Handeln aus und verfügst über gute IT-Kenntnisse.
  • Es bereitet dir Freude, an unseren Standorten in Wolhusen und Schüpfheim tätig zu sein, du übernimmst Pikettdienst und bringst einen Führerausweis Kategorie B mit.
