Für unseren Auftraggeber in Wohlen (AG) suchen wir motivierte Persönlichkeiten als Mitarbeiter/in Telefonmarketing. Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem modernen und kollegialen Umfeld.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit bestehenden und potenziellen Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Professionelle Beratung und Betreuung am Telefon
  • Vorstellung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen und Erarbeitung passender Lösungen
  • Vereinbarung von Terminen und Weiterleitung qualifizierter Kontakte
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kundendaten im CRM\-System
  • Dokumentation der geführten Gespräche
  • Erreichen der vereinbarten qualitativen und quantitativen Ziele
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung einer positiven Kundenerfahrung

Das bringst du mit

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, idealerweise Schweizerdeutsch
  • Freude am Telefonieren und am täglichen Kundenkontakt
  • Kommunikationsstarke und überzeugende Persönlichkeit
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
  • Verkaufs\- und kundenorientierte Denkweise
  • Motivierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute PC\- und MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Telefonmarketing, Verkauf oder Kundendienst von Vorteil
  • Quereinsteiger/innen und Wiedereinsteiger/innen sind herzlich willkommen
