  • Du bist jederzeit Ansprechpartner:in sowohl für Kund:innen als auch für Teams und Kolleg:innen der Fachabteilungen

Dein Profil

  • erste Erfahrung im Sales, Outbound oder Callcenter Branche
  • Schweizerdeutschkenntnisse sind zwingend \- es werden keine Französischkenntnisse benötigt
  • Der Kontakt mit Menschen bereitet dir Freude, und dein Ziel ist es, jedem Kunden bestmöglich zu helfen
  • Du kannst Englisch? Ein zusätzliches Plus!
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte IT\-Affinität und bist versiert im Umgang mit modernen Technologien. Ausserdem arbeitest du gerne am Telefon und Bildschirm.
