Mit dieser Vision engagieren wir uns bei der Friederika Stiftung, damit Jugendliche mit einer Lernbeeinträchtigung ihren Platz in unserer Gesellschaft finden. In acht Berufsfeldern bieten wir 40 Jugendlichen die Möglichkeit einer praktischen Ausbildung PrA nach INSOS, einer Attestausbildung EBA oder eines praktischen Berufsvorbereitungsjahres im Rahmen der besonderen Volksschule. Die meisten Lernenden besuchen die hauseigene Schule und/oder wohnen in einer unserer vier Wohngruppen.

Mitarbeiter\in und Ausbildner\in Hauswirtschaft, 60-100%

Was Du bewegst

  • Für 3 bis 4 Lernende PrA nach INSOS und EBA-Berufsattest hast du die Bildungsverantwortung.
  • Du bist die direkte berufliche Bezugsperson: Du pflegst den Kontakt zu den Eltern, planst und begleitest externe Praktika und unterstützt die Jugendlichen am Ende der Ausbildung beim Suchen einer passenden Anschlusslösung.
  • PrA Lernenden erteilst Du den berufskundlichen Unterricht, individuell abgestimmt und praxisnah.
  • Bei EBA-Lernenden übernimmst du die Lernbegleitung.
  • Du stellst die hauswirtschaftlichen Dienstleistungen in der Friederika Stiftung sicher.

So machst Du uns glücklich

  • Du bist Fachmann/-frau Hotellerie-Hauswirtschaft, Reinigungstechnik oder Betriebsunterhalt mit Schwerpunkt Hausdienst.
  • Du hast pädagogische/agogische Erfahrung, lebst ein positives Berufsbild vor und verstehst es, Menschen mit einer Lernbeeinträchtigung praxisnah anzuleiten.
  • Humor, Flexibilität, Organisationstalent und Initiative sind Eigenschaften, die dich auszeichnen.
