Die Abteilung Integrative Angebote unterstützt Menschen mit Flucht\- und Migrationshintergrund sowie Sozial\-hilfebeziehende dabei, im Arbeitsmarkt (wieder) Fuss zu fassen; dies durch Bildungs\-, Coaching\- oder Qualifizierungsprogramme in verschiedenen Branchen. Dazu gehören auch unsere Secondhand\-Läden «la trouvaille».

Das SRK Bern führt drei Secondhandläden «la trouvaille» in Bern, Biel und Münsingen. Das Angebot von «la trouvaille» besteht fast ausschliesslich aus gespendeten und gebrauchten Waren. Von Kleidung über Haushaltgegenstände bis zu grossen und kleinen Möbeln findet sich beinahe alles aus dem täglichen Gebrauch.

Im Bereich la trouvaille suchen wir für unsere Filiale in Biel per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und selbstständige Persönlichkeit als

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie beraten unsere Kundinnen und Kunden kompetent und führen professionelle Verkaufsgespräche.
  • Sie sorgen für eine attraktive Warenpräsentation und eine ansprechende Gestaltung der Verkaufsflächen und Schaufenster.
  • Sie bedienen die Kasse, bearbeiten Reklamationen und stellen eine korrekte Kassenabrechnung sicher.
  • Sie koordinieren die täglichen Abläufe am Verkaufsstandort und stellen einen reibungslosen Verkaufsbetrieb sicher.
  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Waren\- und Lagerbewirtschaftung sowie die Annahme und Beurteilung von Warenspenden.
  • Sie koordinieren die Tageseinnahmen, erledigen administrative Aufgaben und stellen die Verfügbarkeit von Verbrauchsmaterial sicher.
  • Sie bedienen das Telefon, koordinieren Informationen und sorgen für einen zuverlässigen Informationsfluss.
  • Sie stellen Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Verkaufsstandort sicher.
  • Sie instruieren die Teilnehmenden in den Verkaufstätigkeiten, fördern ihre

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise im Bereich Textilien, Haushalt, Möbel oder Secondhand.
  • Sie haben Freude an der Begleitung und Förderung von Programmteilnehmenden und verstehen es, Wissen praxisnah zu vermitteln.
  • Sie kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch und verfügen über gute Französischkenntnisse.
  • Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, sichere Umgangsformen und Freude am Verkauf sowie an Secondhand\-Artikeln.
