Für die ADLER-Lack AG in Tuggen suchen wir eine kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit, die technisches Verständnis mit Freude an Organisation und Beratung verbindet.

 

Mitarbeiter/in Verkaufsinnendienst 100 %

Ihre Aufgaben

* Kundenaufträge erfassen, bearbeiten und zuverlässig abwickeln

* Kundinnen und Kunden telefonisch sowie persönlich betreuen

* Angebote und Offerten erstellen und nachverfolgen

* Kunden-, Artikel- und Preisstammdaten im ERP-System pflegen

* Sonderpreise und individuelle Konditionen erfassen

* Den Aussendienst administrativ und organisatorisch unterstützen

* Eng mit Verkauf, Produktion, Coloristik und Logistik zusammenarbeiten

* Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben übernehmen und den Empfang unterstützen

 

Ihr Profil Vielleicht kommen Sie aus der Schreinerei, Malerei oder Fahrzeuglackierung und möchten künftig weniger an der Oberfläche, dafür mehr mit Kunden und Aufträgen arbeiten? Oder Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie technisches Verständnis mit? Beide Wege passen zu dieser Position. Wichtig sind uns:

* Freude am Kundenkontakt und Interesse an Farben und Lacken

* Eine genaue, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Organisationsgeschick und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

* Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System

* Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
