Unser Verkaufsinnendienst sorgt dafür, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden jederzeit kompetent beraten und zuverlässig betreut werden. Ihre Aufgaben Unterstützung des Aussendienstes sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Erstellen, Bearbeiten und aktives Nachverfolgen von Offerten. Erfassung, Koordination und termingerechte Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen. Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Kundinnen und Kunden in Deutsch und ösisch. Koordination mit internen Schnittstellen wie Einkauf und Logistik zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe. Pflege und Mutationen von Kunden\-, Artikel\- und Stammdaten im ERP\-/CRM\-System. Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Retouren und allgemeinen Kundenanfragen mit lösungsorientiertem Vorgehen. Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben, Korrespondenz sowie Unterstützung bei internen Prozessen. Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und verkaufsrelevanten Unterlagen. Unterstützung bei Verkaufs\- und Marketingaktivitäten sowie Mitwirkung bei der laufenden Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen. Vereinbarung und Koordination von Kundenterminen in Abstimmung mit dem Aussendienst. Profil Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst, in der Auftragsabwicklung oder in einer vergleichbaren kundenorientierten Funktion von Vorteil. Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse sowie praktische Erfahrung mit ERP\- und CRM\-Systemen. Stilsicheres (CH) Deutsch in Wort und Schrift. Sichere ösischkenntnisse (B2\) erfoderlich. Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil. Selbstständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise. Hohe Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team. Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten. Kommunikationsstarke, zuverlässige und initiative Persönlichkeit mit vernetzter Denkweise. Lernbereitschaft, Offenheit für neue Aufgaben und Motivation, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
