Der Customer Service B2B ist eine wichtige Drehscheibe zwischen Stöckli Swiss Sports AG und unseren Fachhändlern sowie Importeuren weltweit. Unser Verkaufsinnendienst\-Team ist die erste Anlaufstelle für ihre Anliegen, koordiniert Anfragen und sorgt für einen erstklassigen Service.

Per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir an unserem Hauptsitz in Malters/LU eine verantwortungsbewusste, kommunikationsstarke und teamfähige Persönlichkeit als

MITARBEITER:IN VERKAUFSINNENDIENST EXPORT 60\-80%

In dieser spannenden Funktion bist du der Leiterin Global Sales Operations unterstellt und die erste Ansprechperson für unsere definierten Importeure und Fachhändler.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du betreust unsere amerikanische Tochtergesellschaft sowie unsere Importeure und Fachhändler in englischer und italienischer Sprache
  • Du stellst eine effiziente und termingerechte Auftragsabwicklung sicher
  • Du stehst in engem Austausch mit internen Abteilungen wie dem Vertriebsaussendienst, der Logistik und der Buchhaltung
  • Du nimmst gelegentlich an Vertriebsveranstaltungen und Skitests teil

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, verfügst über Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion und bringst Kenntnisse im internationalen Handel, Export und/oder Zollwesen mit
  • Du arbeitest dich dank deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe rasch in neue Themengebiete ein und berätst unsere Importeure und Fachhändler kompetent und serviceorientiert
  • Du bist engagiert, verfügst über eine vernetzte Denkweise und arbeitest selbständig sowie strukturiert
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch, Englisch und Italienisch und schätzt den täglichen Kontakt mit unseren Geschäftspartnern
  • Du bist organisationsstark und bewahrst auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
  • Du kennst die MS\-Office\-Programme bestens. Idealerweise bringst du zudem Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central mit
