Zur Verstärkung des Innendienst\-Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als: Mitarbeiter/in Verkaufsinnendienst \- First\- und Second\-Level Support Ihre Aufgabe Sie sind eine zweisprachige, motivierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die Freude daran hat, Kundenanfragen im First\- und Second\-Level\-Support zu bearbeiten und zu koordinieren. In einem technisch geprägten, modern organisierten und digitalisierten Umfeld mit internationalem Bezug sind Sie interessiert, Verantwortung für ein breites Aufgabenfeld zu übernehmen. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, sich auf ein bestimmtes Themengebiet zu spezialisieren und darin den Lead zu übernehmen – beispielsweise in Gewährleistung, Digitalisierung, Retourenmanagement oder Technik. Dabei unterstützen Sie die Teamleitung bei Schwerpunktthemen und tragen im mehrsprachigen Kundenumfeld aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung des Innendienstes bei. Sie bringen die notwendige Flexibilität mit, zu Schulungszwecken auch ein paar Tage im Jahr ins Mutterhaus zu reisen, oder bei externen Veranstaltungen zu unterstützen. Nach einer Einarbeitung können Sie auf Wunsch einen Tag pro Woche im Home\-Office zu arbeiten. Ihre Erfahrung Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung, ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung und bringen Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion mit. Sie arbeiten strukturiert, sind kundenorientiert, haben eine hohe IT\-Affinität, sind initiativ und kommunikationsstark.
