Im Herzen des Freiamts bietet das Bifang Wohn- und Pflegezentrum 114 Bewohnen-den ein individuelles Wohn-, Pflege- und Betreuungsangebot. «Miteinander in Wert-schätzung und Respekt» - dieser Leitsatz prägt unseren Alltag und macht uns auch als Arbeitgeber besonders.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Wäschereiteams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Mitarbeiter/in Wäscherei 80%

Es erwartet Sie ein interessanter und vielseitiger Arbeitsplatz. Sie haben die Möglich-keit, Eigenständigkeit und Kreativität einzubringen und neue Ideen zu verwirklichen. Wir bieten Mitgestaltungs- sowie Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten. Fortschrittliche Ar-beitsbedingungen sind für uns selbstverständlich.

Was Sie bei uns bewegen - Sortieren, Waschen und Trocknen von Betriebs- und Bewohnendenwäsche - Falten, Mangeln und Bügeln der Textilien - Wäschetransport zu und von den Bewohnenden - Ansprechperson für Bewohnende bei Fragen rund um die Wäsche - Gelegentliche Einsätze in der Reinigung

Ihr Profil - Berufserfahrung in der Hauswirtschaft, Reinigung oder Wäscherei von Vorteil - Vorausschauendes, selbständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten - Kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln - Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität im Arbeitsalltag - Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B1) in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gutes Verständnis von Schweizerdeutsch - Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen an Wochenenden 1x pro Monat und Feiertagen
