Hägglingen liegt im sonnigen Norden des Freiamts und zählt über 2'700 Einwohner/innen. Wir suchen per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen Mitarbeiter/in Werkdienst (80 % - 100 %) mit Stellvertreterfunktion des Leiters Werkdienst.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören: • Fachverantwortung Grünpflege • Unterhalts- und Pflegearbeiten an Flur- und Gemeindestrassen, Drainagen, Bächen etc. • Reinigungs- und Überwachungsarbeiten an den Abwasserbeseitigungsanlagen • Unterhalt Friedhöfe, Ausführen von Erd- und Urnenbestattungen, Bestattungshelfer • Winterdiensttätigkeiten bei Strassen, Wegen und Plätzen • Abfallwirtschaft, Littering • Unterhalt an Maschinen und Geräten • Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz (Funktion Sicherheitsbeauftragte/r) • Nach Absprache weitere Aufgabenbereiche

Sie bringen mit: • Handwerkliche Berufslehre (Gartenbau, Landwirtschaft, Bau, Betriebsunterhalt Fachrichtung Werkdienst o. ä.) • Handwerkliches und technisches Geschick (Allrounder) • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität, körperliche Belastbarkeit • Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Bereitschaft Pikettdienst z. B. für Winterdienst, Bestattungen • Freude am Arbeiten im Freien • Führerausweis Kat. B zwingend, Kat. B/E und Staplerprüfung von Vorteil, ansonsten Bereitschaft diese zu erwerben • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse • Wohnsitz in der näheren Region
