Mitarbeiter:in Wohnstube 80 \- 100 % Die Wohnstuben im Burgerheim des Burgergut Thun in Steffisburg sind die gemeinsamen Aufenthalts\- und Essbereiche unserer drei Pflegeabteilungen. Hier nehmen die Bewohnenden ihre Mahlzeiten ein, verbringen Zeit miteinander und erleben kleine, wertvolle Momente im Alltag. Die Tätigkeit verbindet Gastfreundschaft, Hauswirtschaft und die aufmerksame, herzliche und verlässliche Betreuung betagter Menschen. Wir suchen per 1\. Oktober nach Vereinbarung eine:n Mitarbeiter:in Wohnstube 80 – 100 % Ihre Aufgaben Verantwortung für Vor\- und Nachbereitung sowie Durchführung des Mahlzeitenservice Mithilfe bei Menuplanung und \-auswahl Ausführung hauswirtschaftlicher Tätigkeiten in den Wohnstuben Mitwirkung bei Alltagsgestaltung der Bewohnenden Mithilfe bei internen und externen Anlässen Begleitung von Ausflügen mit unseren Bewohnenden Ihr Profil EFZ in Gastronomie, Hauswirtschaft, verwandte Berufe oder entsprechend ausgewiesene Erfahrung vorzugsweise Erfahrung in Alltagsgestaltung und im Essensservice Erfahrung im Umgang mit und der Begleitung von betagten Menschen Freude an Gastronomie, Betreuung und Hauswirtschaft hohe Sozialkompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit, Freundlichkeit und dienstleistungsorientierte Haltung Teamgeist, Einsatzfreude, Hilfsbereitschaft und wohlwollender Umgang Wir bieten wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld moderne Pflege\- und Betreuungsstrukturen abwechslungsreicher, verantwortungsvoller Aufgabenbereich sorgfältige Einführung und Begleitung Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten optimale ÖV\-Erreichbarkeit und ausreichend Parkplätze attraktive Arbeits\- und Anstellungsbedingungen der Burgergemeinde Thun Mit Ihrer fröhlichen Wesensart tragen Sie aktiv zu einer Kultur bei, in der sich Bewohnende und Mitarbeitende wohl fühlen.
