Ein regional verankertes Bankinstitut in der Zentralschweiz sucht Verstärkung für seine Niederlassung in Engelberg. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Empfangen und Betreuen der Kundschaft in der Kundenzone
  • Beraten zu Konten, Karten, Zahlungsverkehr und weiteren Basisprodukten
  • Verkaufen von standardisierten Anlage- und Vorsorgelösungen bis CHF 50'000
  • Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen und aktives Nutzen von Cross-Selling-Chancen
  • Bewirtschaften der Kunden- und 24h-Zone inkl. Bargeldmanagement und Tresorfachanlage
  • Unterstützen der Niederlassungsleitung und der Kundenberatung bei administrativen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Kaufmann EFZ, Fachrichtung Bank oder vergleichbare Erfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungsbereich
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung und Freude am täglichen Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie unternehmerisches Denken
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sympathisches, professionelles Auftreten
  • Regionale Verankerung oder starke Verbundenheit mit Engelberg und Umgebung
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2)
