Was du bewirkst ##

  • Du betreust selbständig ein definiertes Vertrags-Portefeuille und bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden.
  • Du bearbeitest vielseitige Anfragen von Unternehmen, Versicherten, deren Vertretern und Brokern und findest passende Lösungen.
  • Du führst Mutationen durch und bearbeitest anspruchsvolle Geschäftsfälle wie Auszahlungen, die Verteilung freier Mittel, Einkaufsberechnungen oder Wohneigentumsförderung (WEF).
  • Du stellst eine korrekte und termingerechte Abwicklung des Inkasso-, Mahn- und Betreibungswesens sicher.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachstellen zusammen und trägst mit deinem Fachwissen zu einer hohen Servicequalität bei.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und unserer Kundenbetreuung ein.

Was du mitbringst ##

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Sozialversicherungsbereich, idealerweise in der beruflichen Vorsorge.
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert und hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch; gute Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du bist versiert im Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen und arbeitest dich gerne in neue Systeme ein. Erfahrung mit MS Pension ist ein Plus.
  • Du bist eine engagierte, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die auch bei komplexeren Fragestellungen den Überblick behält.
