Dank top ausgebildeten Fachkräften, durchgängiger Digitalisierung aller Prozesse und modernster Ausrüstung und Hilfsmittel bieten wir beste Ergebnisse und erreichen eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Kundendienstes am Standort in AG suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit

Mitarbeiter Kundendienst \& Auftragsabwicklung (m, w, d) 100% -----------------------------------------------------------------

DAS VERTRAUEN WIR DIR AN:

  • Fakturierung
  • Stammdatenpflege
  • Entgegennahme und Erfassung von Reparaturterminen
  • Unterstützung bei Kalkulationen und Offerten erstellen
  • Ersatzteile bestellen
  • Koordination von Informationen zwischen Kundendienst, Werkstatt und weiteren internen Stellen
  • Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten
  • Bei Bedarf Kunden chauffieren

DARIN BIST DU STARK:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Carrosserie\- / Automobilgewerbe
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Gute EDV\-Kenntnisse und digitale Affinität
  • Organisationstalent
  • Integrität sowie gute Umgangsformen sind für dich selbstverständlich
