Aufgaben ##

  • Bearbeitung von nationalen und internationalen Datenschutzanfragen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung datenschutzrechtlicher Anforderungen
  • Verantwortung für die Pflege des Verarbeitungsverzeichnisses gemäss DSG sowie Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Dokumentation von Bearbeitungstätigkeiten
  • Prüfung und Begleitung datenschutzrechtlicher Prozesse, insbesondere Auftragsbearbeitungsverträge (DPA und Master DPA) und Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzungen (DSFA)
  • Identifikation, Bewertung, Überwachung von Datenschutz- und Compliance-Risiken sowie Mitwirkung bei der Definition und Umsetzung geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Beratung und Begleitung von AI-Anwendungsfällen unter Berücksichtigung rechtlicher, datenschutzrechtlicher und Compliance-relevanter Anforderungen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung nationaler und internationaler Fachbereiche bei ausgewählten rechtlichen Fragestellungen für die Schweiz (bspw. im Bereich Vertragsrecht, Geheimhaltungsvereinbarungen, Compliance Klausel sowie Kartell- und Wettbewerbsrecht)
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung des Datenschutzreportings
  • Übernahme der Stellvertretung des Datenschutzkoordinators (DPC) Schweiz während Abwesenheiten und Unterstützung bei operativen Datenschutzthemen

Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie eine Weiterbildung im Datenschutz (z. B. CAS Datenschutz, Datenschutzberater/in, Data Protection Officer oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Datenschutz, Compliance oder Rechtsbereich, idealerweise mit praktischer Erfahrung in datenschutzrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch und weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse sowie
  • Interesse an KI-Technologien (Artificial Intelligence) und deren Einsatz im Unternehmensumfeld; erste praktische Erfahrungen sind von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen mit ausgeprägter Beratungs- und Verhandlungskompetenz
  • Klare, zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation (verbal und grafisch)
