WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

  • Durchführung interner Audits sowie Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination von Zertifizierungs- und Kundenaudits
  • Professionelles Dokumentenmanagement inklusive der Pflege und Ablage aller QM-relevanten Dokumente
  • Erstellung von Qualifikationsberichten zur fundierten Dokumentation von Qualitätsstandards
  • Mitwirkung an Produktdokumentationen durch die aktive Erstellung und Pflege produktbezogener Unterlagen
  • Kompetente Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei allen Fragen zum QM-System und zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Effektives Abweichungs- und Beschwerdemanagement durch die Bearbeitung von Prozessabweichungen und die Überwachung von Korrekturmassnahmen
  • Zuverlässige Vertragsprüfungen im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor FH/Uni) im Bereich Chemie oder einer verwandten Naturwissenschaft - alternativ eine langjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in diesem Feld
  • Zertifizierung als interner Auditor (m/w/d) sowie als Qualitätsmanagement-Fachkraft (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Vertiefter und sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Word und Excel
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein und Faible für ein professionelles Layout und sauberen Schriftsatz bei Dokumentationen
  • Fundiertes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Verständnis
  • Lösungsorientierte, kommunikationsstarke und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist
