Der grosszügige Aussenbereich bietet Platz für bis zu 80 Gäste und schafft eine perfekte Lage zum Geniessen.

HUUS QUELL Im Jahr 2025 haben wir unser luxuriöses 5-Sterne-Superior-Hotel HUUS QUELL mit 30 Zimmern und Suiten eröffnet. Unsere Gäste geniessen seither nicht nur das einzigartige RESTAURANT QUELL mit Sharing-Konzept, sondern auch einen beeindruckenden Wellness- und Behandlungsbereich im QUELL SPA auf über 2.200 m² sowie die stilvolle BOTANICUM BAR.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen, Hotellerie-, Tourismus- oder vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Erfahrung an einer Hotel-, Spa- oder Wellnessrezeption
  • Ausgeprägte Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit Freude am persönlichen Gästekontakt
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten sowie hohe Service- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Buchungs- und Kassensystemen sowie gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau B2-C1), weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Freude daran, unseren Gästen ein besonderes Spa-Erlebnis zu bieten

Deine Aufgaben

  • Herzlicher Empfang und professionelle Betreuung unserer Spa- und Hotelgäste
  • Beratung unserer Gäste zu Spa-Angeboten, Treatments, Anwendungen und Wellnessleistungen
  • Aktiver Verkauf und die kompetente Empfehlung von Treatments, Packages und Spa-Produkten
  • Annahme, Koordination und Bearbeitung von Spa- und Treatmentreservationen
  • Organisation des täglichen Spa-Betriebs sowie Koordination der Behandlungsräume und Therapeuten
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im gesamten Spa- und Rezeptionsbereich
  • Betreuung der Gäste vor, während und nach ihrem Spa-Aufenthalt
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Gästedaten sowie der Buchungs- und Reservationssysteme
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Spa-Angeboten, Aktionen und Beauty-Ritualen
  • Sicherstellung unserer hohen Service-, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
  • Kassenführung, Rechnungsstellung und Durchführung der Tagesabschlüsse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Front Office, Housekeeping, Gastronomie und Spa
