Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams in Möhlin suchen wir nach Vereinbarung einen Mitarbeiter System\- und Prozessoptimierung 80\-100% (m/w/d)

Was Sie erwartet:

  • Mitarbeit bei der Migration von Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 auf Dynamics 365 im Bereich Transport Management (TMS)
  • Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse im Hinblick auf die Systemmigration
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Systemlandschaft sowie der Integration neuer Anwendungen
  • Umsetzungsanalyse und Dokumentation fachlicher Anforderungen
  • Identifikation von Potenzialen zur Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen, der IT sowie externen Softwarelieferanten
  • Bewertung und Förderung des sinnvollen Einsatzes von KI\-gestützten Lösungen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche

Was wir erwarten:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/\-fraubzw. /\-frau Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische bzw. logistische Ausbildung im Speditions\- und Logistikumfeld, vorzugsweise mit Berufserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte IT\- und Systemaffinität sowie Interesse an modernen Technologien und digitalen Lösungen
  • Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in technische Spezifikationen zu übersetzen
  • Strukturierte, analytische und systematische Denkweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse im M365 Umfeld
  • Selbstständige, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen und Technologien einzuarbeiten und diese voranzutreiben
