Als führender Importeur im Schweizer Landmaschinenmarkt bietet die Landtechnik AG ein leistungsstarkes und attraktives Sortiment von verschiedenen Traktoren\-Marken, Anbaugeräten, \- und Teleskoplader, Smart Farming Applikationen sowie Ersatzteilen. Mit einem professionellen Händlernetz und eigenen Niederlassungen werden die Produkte über die Marken\-Centren angeboten und vertrieben.

Aufgrund von nahenden Pensionierungen möchten wir unser Team erweitern und die Übergangsperiode nützen, um Know\-how zu transferieren sowie Synergien zu nutzen. Daher suchen wir einen versierten MITARBEITENDEN IM TECHNISCHEN SUPPORT (m/w/d) 100%.

DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN

  • Betreuung und Unterstützung bei technischen Problemen an Traktoren und Erntemaschinen per Telefon, E\-Mail und teilweise vor Ort
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Rücksprache mit Lieferanten sowie Durchführen von Schulungen für Händler
  • Bearbeitung von Garantie\- und Kulanzfällen als auch Unterstützung im Bereich Homologation
  • Betreuung und Auswertung der Telemetriedaten
  • Übernahme des Pikettdienstes im Team von bis Oktober
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diagnosetechniker oder Werkstattleiter im Bereich Landmaschinen\-, Baumaschinen\- oder Motorgerätemechanik
  • Bilingue Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse in Wort \& Schrift, Kenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV\-Systemen und gängigen Applikationen (Excel etc.), idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Microsoft D365
  • Führerausweis Kategorie BE
  • Präsentationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative sowie kommunikative Persönlichkeit
