Was du bewirkst ##

* * Du unterstützt den Aussendienst aktiv im gesamten Verkaufsprozess und trägst so zum gemeinsamen Erfolg bei. * Als zentrale Ansprechperson beantwortest du fachliche und technische Fragen in den Bereichen Nichtleben Privatkunden, Nichtleben Firmenkunden, Einzelleben, Unfall, Kranken und BVG. * Du betreust unsere Privat- und Firmenkunden telefonisch, schriftlich und persönlich mit grosser Kompetenz und Engagement. * Mit Gespür für individuelle Bedürfnisse entwickelst du massgeschneiderte Konzepte und Lösungen. * Gemeinsam mit dem Team gestaltest du die Marktbearbeitung und Verkaufsförderung aktiv mit. * Du begleitest unsere Lernenden im Berufsalltag und förderst gezielt ihre fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung. * Du übernimmst die Stellvertretung der Leiterin Verkaufssupport während deren Abwesenheiten.

Was du mitbringst ##

* * Kaufmännische Versicherungsausbildung und/oder mehrjährige Erfahrung bei einem Allbranchenversicherer. * Das VBV-Zertifikat (Allbranchen) bringst du schon mit oder hast die Bereitschaft, dieses zu erlangen. * Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung. * Vertriebsorientiertes Denken sowie Begeisterung für die Entwicklung individueller Kundenlösungen. * Effiziente, lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aussendienst und den relevanten Fachabteilungen.
