MitarbeiterIn Haustechnik 80\-100% (a) MitarbeiterIn Haustechnik 80\-100% (a) Deine Aufgaben Wartung, Betrieb und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Betriebssicherheit von HLKS\-Anlagen (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär) sowie Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an haustechnischen Anlagen und Systemen Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern und Servicetechnikern im HLKS\-Bereich Bedienung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Gebäudeleitsystemen inkl. Auswertung von Betriebsdaten Tägliche Kontrollgänge und Überwachung der Einrichtungen auf Funktion, Ordnung und Beschädigungen Verwaltung von Sicherheitsnachweisen sowie Rapportierung von Stör\- und Zwischenfällen Unterhaltsarbeiten an Gebäuden und Aussenanlagen, sowie die Übernahme von Pikettdienst Mitarbeit bei Projekten, Betriebsanlässen und Unterstützung im Haustechnik\-Team Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, HLKS oder vergleichbar Weiterbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Facility Management oder Technischer Dienst von Vorteil Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb und Unterhalt von HLKS\-Anlagen Kenntnisse in Gebäudeleitsystemen und im Elektrobereich von Vorteil (idealerweise verfügst du über die Zertifizierung NIV Art. 13\) Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Fahrzeugausweis Kat. B Selbstständige, präzise und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein sowie zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit Teamfähigkeit und ein freundliches, professionelles Auftreten Dein zukünftiger Alltag In dieser vielseitigen Funktion sorgst du dafür, dass unsere haustechnischen Anlagen und die Gebäudeinfrastruktur jederzeit zuverlässig funktionieren. Du überwachst und betreibst HLKS\-Anlagen sowie Gebäudeleitsysteme und arbeitest eng mit dem Facility\-Team zusammen. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und trägst aktiv zu einem reibungslosen Betriebsablauf bei.
