Wir sind ein dynamisches und erfolgreiches Unternehmen der Süsswarenbranche und produzieren die weltberühmten Original Basler Läckerli. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Frenkendorf suchen wir per 2. November 2026 bis 24. Dezember 2026 eine flexible und kommunikative Persönlichkeit als:

Mitarbeiter im Kundendienst (w/m) 50-70% befristet

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Entgegennahme von Bestellungen, Anfragen und professionelle Verkaufsberatung unserer Privatkunden
  • Entgegennahme Telefon und Empfang Kunden, dementsprechend an die internen Stellen weiterleiten
  • Pflege der Kundenstammdaten
  • Saveurs-Anträge (Kundenbindungsprogramm) erfassen
  • Aufbereitung und Verteilung der internen und externen Briefpost
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf Innendienst, Beratung und Kundenbetreuung
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude am telefonischen Kontakt
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute mündliche Französischkenntnisse
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen MS Office Programme
