Wir sind eine international ausgerichtete IP\-Kanzlei, die spezialisiert ist auf die verschiedenen Gebiete des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes und des geistigen Eigentums.

Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n, selbständige/n und offene/n

MitarbeiterIn Management Support \& Buchhaltung (100%)

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (KV), arbeiten gerne selbständig und sehr genau und behalten auch bei unterschiedlichen Aufgaben und Terminen den Überblick? Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse und schätzen ein internationales und professionelles Arbeitsumfeld?

Nach einer sorgfältigen Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie vielseitige Aufgaben im Bereich Management Support und Buchhaltung. Zu Ihrem Tätigkeitsbereich gehören insbesondere die Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung und des Anwaltsteams in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen, die Vorbereitung und Erstellung der Fakturierung, die Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Eingangsrechnungen sowie weitere Aufgaben im Bereich der laufenden Buchhaltung. Daneben unterstützen Sie unser Team bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten und stehen dabei auch in direktem Kontakt mit unseren Klientinnen und Klienten sowie unseren internationalen Korrespondenzpartnern. Ausserdem sind Sie für den Empfang unserer Mandanten vor Ort sowie am Telefon zuständig und fungieren als erste Ansprechperson.

Für diese vielseitige Funktion suchen wir eine zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit einer strukturierten, exakten und selbständigen Arbeitsweise. Erfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung und/oder Fakturierung ist von Vorteil. Wichtig sind uns die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Aufgaben einzuarbeiten, ein sicherer Umgang mit Office\-Anwendungen sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen, professionellen Team.
