  • Sie unterstützen die Leitung Anästhesiepflege kompetent in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen, koordinieren Sitzungen und übernehmen eine zentrale Drehscheibenfunktion innerhalb des Pflegebereichs Anästhesie
  • Sie begleiten die Personalprozesse von Eintritt bis Austritt, übernehmen die Administration der NDS-Studierenden und koordinieren zuverlässig die administrativen Anliegen der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sie verantworten den monatlichen PEP-Abschluss, koordinieren den Wochenplan der Anästhesiepflege und unterstützen kompetent bei Fragen zu Arbeitszeiten, Zeitwirtschaft und kurzfristigen Personaleinsätzen
  • Sie betreuen die pflegespezifischen SharePoint- und Intranetseiten, unterstützen im Berechtigungs- und Rollenmanagement (IAM), organisieren Weiterbildungen und Teamanlässe und stellen gemeinsam mit dem Team eine zuverlässige Stellvertretung innerhalb des Sekretariats sicher

Ihre Erfahrung ###

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, in der Personaladministration oder in einer ähnlichen Koordinationsfunktion mit
  • Sie verfügen über gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, sind versiert im Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen und Systemen und schätzen die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig und behalten auch in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld den Überblick über unterschiedliche Aufgaben und Prioritäten
  • Sie überzeugen mit Kommunikationsgeschick, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein und bewahren auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick, handeln lösungsorientiert und treten professionell auf
