Ihre Aufgaben

  • Klientenbetreuung und -kommunikation sowie Sicherstellung der Grundversorgung;
  • Führen der Administration Klienten und Klientinnen;
  • Datenerfassung und Dossier Bewirtschaftung im KLIBnet;
  • Integrationsmassnahmen begleiten;
  • Erstellen von Kostengutsprachen; Verfügungen und Auflagen;
  • Schnittstelle interne und externe Partner (schriftlich und mündlich);
  • Konstruktive, transparente und effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern;
  • Keine Einflussnahme in das Asylverfahren.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, Sachbearbeitung Sozialversicherung oder Sozialbegleitung mit Eidgenössischem Fachausweis, mit mind. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung;
  • Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office) - KlibNet-Kenntnisse von Vorteil;
  • Zuverlässige, exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise;
  • Flexibel, belastbar und gewohnt, eigenverantwortlich, vernetzt und kundenorientiert zu handeln;
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Muttersprache oder mit Sprachnachweis Niveau C2; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil;
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung;
  • Erfahrung in der Administration;
  • Empathisch, loyal und transparent;
  • Respektierung der menschlichen Würde und Integrität unabhängig von Herkunft, Religion und Geschlecht;
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten;
  • Bereitschaft zur Leistung von Wochenend- und Feiertagseinsätzen im Schichtbetrieb (ohne Nachtdienst).
