DEINE AUFGABEN * Korrekte Auskunftserteilung an unsere Patienten, Besucher, Kunden, Ärzteschaft, Lieferanten und Mitarbeitende * Vermittlung von eingehenden Anrufen an die richtige Ansprechperson * Verantwortung für die Kassenführung und Postverarbeitung beim Empfang * Administrative Betreuung von Patient\*innen bei deren Ein- und Austritt sowie zusätzliche Übernahme von zugewiesenen Arbeiten aus der Patientenadministration * Bereitschaft an Wochenenden und Feiertagen Arbeitseinsätze zu leisten, 7-Tage-Woche, Früh- Mittel- und Spätdienst von 05:45 Uhr - 20:00 Uhr

DEIN PROFIL * Abschluss als Hotelfachperson oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung an der Rezeption und/oder dem Gesundheitswesen * Gute EDV-Anwender- und einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil * Freundliche, hilfsbereite und einfühlsame Persönlichkeit * Ruhige und überlegte Denk- und Handelsweise, hohe Belastbarkeit * Organisationstalent, selbständige Arbeitsweise, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Kundenorientierung
