Diaconis betreibt die drei Geschäftsbereiche Wohnen und Pflege im Alter, Palliative Care und berufliche Integration. Seit der Gründung im Jahr 1844 setzt sich Diaconis als Non-Profit-Organisation dafür ein, dass Menschen in fragilen Lebenssituationen gemäss ihren Bedürfnissen versorgt, gepflegt und begleitet werden. Unser Team umfasst rund 300 Mitarbeitende an mehreren Standorten in der Stadt Bern, Ostermundigen und Biel.

eine Mitarbeiterin / einen Mitarbeiter Reinigung 70 - 80 %.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns: - Professionelle Reinigung der verschiedenen Räumlichkeiten - Mitverantwortung bei der Ablauf- und Arbeitsorganisation - Fachgerechte Anwendung der verschiedenen Reinigungsmethoden und Umsetzung der Reinigungsstandards - Sorgfältiger und wirtschaftlicher Umgang mit Reinigungsmitteln, Hilfsmitteln und Geräten

Folgendes bringst du mit: - Berufserfahrung in der Reinigungsbranche, idealerweise im Pflegeheim oder Spital - Selbständige, effiziente und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise - Freude am Umgang mit diversen Menschen - Gute Umgangsformen, gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild - Gute mündliche Deutschkenntnisse und gutes Leseverständnis
