Die Stiftsschule Einsiedeln ist eine private, kantonal und eidgenössisch anerkannte Maturitätsschule mit Langzeit\- und Kurzzeitgymnasium. Als Tagesschule mit Internat fördern wir Individualität und Gemeinschaft gleichermassen. Unsere traditionsreiche Bildungsinstitution wird vom Benediktinerkloster Einsiedeln getragen und zählt rund 400 Schülerinnen und Schüler sowie etwa 50 Lehrpersonen.Möchten Sie sich an diesem aussergewöhnlichen Ort in einer verantwortungsvollen, vielseitigen Tätigkeit langfristig engagieren? Für unsere Schuladministration suchen wir zusätzliche Verstärkung unseres Teams per 1\. November 2026*oder nach Vereinbarung*:

Mitarbeiterin / Mitarbeiter Schuladministration und Digitale Prozesse (40\-60%)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Administrative Aufgaben im Schulbetrieb, inkl. Schalterdienst, Datenverwaltung
  • Projektleitung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs\- und IT‑Projekten sowie Betreuung zentraler Systeme sowie Datenbanken, CMS, CSF
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Website, Erstellung von Informationsmaterialien und Unterstützung in PR und Kommunikation
  • Koordination von digitalen und administrativen Prozessen im Alltag der Schule (z. B. Kursfächer, Verpflegung, interne Abläufe)
  • Lehrmittelbestellungen, Jahresbericht, Broschüren und Schulagenda, Planung und Organisation von Abschlussprüfungen und schulischen Anlässen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ) oder Maturität, ergänzt durch 4–5 Jahren Berufserfahrung – idealerweise in einem schulnahen oder administrativen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Administration, Datenverwaltung und der Mitarbeit oder Leitung digitaler Projekte
  • Sehr gute IT‑ und Prozessmanagementkompetenzen (Systeme, Datenbanken, Office), technisches Flair und hohe digitale Affinität
  • Kommunikationsstark, organisationssicher und vertraut mit PR‑, Web‑ oder Gestaltungsthemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind ein grosser Vorteil
