Wädenswil ist eine attraktive Stadt am linken Zürichseeufer mit gut 26'000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern. In der Stadtverwaltung arbeiten rund 380 Mitarbeitende, die für die Bevölkerung täglich umfassende Dienstleistungen erbringen.

Die Dienststelle Soziokultur ist Teil der Abteilung Gesellschaft der Stadt Wädenswil. Sie verfolgt das Ziel, dass sich die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner an den gesellschaftlichen Prozessen beteiligen und ein selbstständiges sowie eigenverantwortliches Leben führen können. Per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine/einen

Mitarbeiterin/Mitarbeiter Soziokultur, Fachbereich Jugend, 80 %

Zu Ihren Handlungsfeldern gehören

  • Mitverantwortung für den Betrieb und die Ausgestaltung des Jugendkulturhaus SUST
  • Betreuung der Informations\- und Anlaufstelle im Jugendkulturhaus SUST
  • Aufsuchende Soziale Arbeit im öffentlichen Raum
  • professionelle Beziehungsarbeit mit Jugendlichen zwischen 12 und 25 Jahren
  • Coaching und Begleitung von Jugendgruppen
  • Vermietung verschiedener Räumlichkeiten
  • Planung und Umsetzung von niederschwelligen, soziokulturellen Angeboten und
  • Projekten
  • Vernetzungs\- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team der Dienststelle Soziokultur

Was Sie mitbringen

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit (FH/HF) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Offenen Kinder\- und Jugendarbeit
  • Kompetenzen in der Projektarbeit und Methoden der Soziokulturellen Animation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen aller Altersgruppen
  • Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Abend\- und Wochenendeinsätzen, vor allem \- und Samstagabend
