  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen zur Online\-Service\-Plattform per Telefon, E\-Mail und Ticketsystem
  • Eingrenzung von Störungen, Zuordnung der Anliegen zur zuständigen Stelle sowie Eröffnung, Nachverfolgung und Koordination von Tickets bei internen Stellen und externen Anbietern
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Supportdokumentation sowie Auswertung wiederkehrender Anliegen
  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten der Abteilung, insbesondere beim Testen neuer Funktionen und bei der Einführung zusätzlicher Online\-Dienstleistungen

Ihr Hintergrund

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im ICT\-Bereich (z. B. ICT\-Fachfrau/ICT\-Fachmann EFZ, Informatikerin/Informatiker EFZ) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Anwenderbetreuung, sicherer Umgang mit Webanwendungen und formularbasierten Online\-Prozessen
  • Analytisches Vorgehen bei der Fehlersuche sowie Geduld und Freude daran, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; von Vorteil sind Erfahrung mit Ticket\- oder Formular\-Management\-Systemen und Kenntnisse der öffentlichen Verwaltung

Landeskanzlei

Die Landeskanzlei gehört zu den Besonderen Behörden des Kantons Basel\-Landschaft. Sie ist die Stabstelle von Landrat und Regierungsrat und wird von der Landschreiberin geleitet. Zusammen mit ihren rund 45 Mitarbeitenden unterstützt sie Parlament, Kommissionen und Regierung bei ihrer Arbeit, insbesondere bei der Organisation sowie der Vor\- und Nachbereitung der Sitzungen. Sie plant und organisiert die kantonalen Wahlen und Abstimmungen und führt die chronologische und systematische Gesetzessammlung nach. Zudem verantwortet sie die Website und das Online Service Portal des Kantons Basel\-Landschaft.

Digitale Dienste

Die Abteilung Digitale Dienste der Landeskanzlei sucht eine serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit für den Support der Online\-Service\-Plattform des Kantons Basel\-Landschaft. Über dieses Portal wickeln Einwohnerinnen, Einwohner und Unternehmen ihre Behördengänge digital ab. Als erste Anlaufstelle für Nutzende sowie für Gemeinden und kantonale Fachstellen tragen Sie dazu bei, dass die digitalen Dienstleistungen des Kantons zuverlässig zugänglich sind.

Wir bieten Ihnen eine vielseitige Aufgabe in einem digitalen Umfeld mit direktem Bezug zur Bevölkerung. Sie arbeiten in einem kleinen Team, stimmen Ihre Arbeitstage gemeinsam ab und wirken an der Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Dienstleistungen der kantonalen Verwaltung mit.
