Als MitarbeiterIn Patientenempfang sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für Patientinnen und Patienten. Sie sorgen für einen professionellen Erstkontakt, erfassen relevante Informationen zuverlässig und koordinieren die weiteren Schritte mit dem medizinischen Fachpersonal.

Pensum: 60\-80 % Arbeitsort: Region Basel / Home\-Office Eintritt: Nach Vereinbarung Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Sonntag im Schichtbetrieb

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Entgegennahme eingehender Anrufe von Patientinnen und Patienten in Deutsch und Französisch sowie idealerweise Englisch und/oder Italienisch
  • Identifikation der Anrufenden und Erfassung der relevanten Basisdaten
  • Triage und Ersteinschätzung der Anliegen gemäss internen Richtlinien
  • Erkennung von Notfallsituationen und Einleitung der entsprechenden Eskalationsprozesse
  • Planung und Koordination von telemedizinischen Konsultationen und Rückrufterminen
  • Erfassung und Verwaltung von Arztterminen in den Patientendossiers
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Patientendaten in den internen Systemen
  • Mitarbeit bei Hotlines, Projekten und Studien
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen, lösungsorientierten und serviceorientierten Betreuung

Zusätzliche Aufgaben (bei Eignung und Bedarf)

  • Unterstützung neuer Mitarbeitender als Tutor:in
  • Mitarbeit bei Schulungen und Einführungsprogrammen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung eingehender Dokumente in den Datenbanken
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten innerhalb des Patientenempfangs

Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Call Center, Empfang, Kundenservice oder Rezeption von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- \& Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe und hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und Interesse an medizinischen Fragestellungen
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu koordinieren (Multitasking)
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Einsätzen im Schichtbetrieb, inklusive Wochenenden
