Wenn Kinder spielen, hüpfen und lachen, kommst du erst zur Ruhe. Als Miterzieher/in zeigst du vollen Einsatz auf mehreren Gruppen und bist eine wertvolle Unterstützung für die Gruppenleitenden. Du vertrittst die Gruppenleitenden während Ferienabwesenheiten und beweist dabei dein Führungsgeschick. Weiterbildung ist bei uns selbstverständlich.
