Die Kita Chinderstern Fehraltorf bietet Kindern im Alter von drei Monaten bis zum Kindergarteneintritt eine pädagogisch optimale familienergänzende Betreuungsmöglichkeit. Sie gehört zur kidéal Gruppe, welche einen gesamtheitlichen Dienstleistungskatalog im Bereich Kinderbetreuung anbietet und in den Regionen Zürich, Aargau und Basel über 25 eigene Betriebe führt. In der Funktion Miterzieher/-in setzen Sie mit den Mitarbeitenden Ihrer Gruppe die kidéal-Philosophie um. Sie stellen gemeinsam mit dem Team das Wohlbefinden des Kindes in den Mittelpunkt und sorgen für eine altersspezifische Förderung und individuelle Begleitung. Dabei werden Sie von der Gruppenleitung begleitet und unterstützt.
