Aufgabe der Gerichte und der weiteren Justizbehörden ist die unabhängige Rechtsprechung. Als Arbeitgeber bieten wir verantwortungsreiche, vielfältige und anspruchsvolle Arbeitsstellen.

Die Schätzungskommission für Wildschäden ist als erstinstanzliches Spezialverwaltungsgericht zuständig für die Feststellung und Schätzung von Schäden, die jagdbare Tiere an Wald, landwirtschaftlichen Kulturen und Nutztieren anrichten. Sie entscheidet über die Entschädigungspflicht der Jagdgesellschaften und des Kantons gegenüber von Wildschäden betroffenen Grundeigentümern oder Pächtern.

Infolge Rücktritts eines Mitglieds ist ab 1. Januar 2027 für den Rest der Amtsperiode 2025–2028 folgende Stelle neu zu besetzen:

**Was erwartet Sie **

  • Sie wirken an Verfahren der Schätzungskommission mit. Diese entscheidet in Dreierbesetzung, sofern der Entscheid nicht in die alleinige Zuständigkeit des Präsidenten fällt.
  • Üblicherweise werden Sie an etwa zehn (Halb-)Tagen pro Jahr im Einsatz sein.

**Was bringen Sie mit **

  • Dieses Nebenamt erfordert eine erfahrene Fachperson mit landwirtschaftlichem Hintergrund und/oder Kenntnissen der landwirtschaftlichen Kulturen. Kenntnisse der landwirtschaftlichen Schadensberechnung und/oder jagdspezifisches Wissen sind von Vorteil.
  • Erwartet wird eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre EFZ oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung.
  • Sie sind unabhängig, flexibel und entscheidungsfreudig.

  • Die auf relativ wenige Fälle im Jahr beschränkte Tätigkeit wird nach Aufwand entschädigt.
  • Diese Funktion ist unvereinbar mit dem Amt als Kantonsrat und mit einer Stelle in der kantonalen Verwaltung.
  • Wahlbehörde ist das Obergericht.
