Mittagskoch / Mittagsköchin 70% (m/w/d) Montag bis Freitag, 08:30–14:30 Uhr

Was dich bei uns erwartet: Du liebst es, mit frischen Zutaten zu kochen und möchtest deine Arbeit gerne in einem familiären und abwechslungsreichen Umfeld einbringen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Als Mittagskoch/-köchin bist du verantwortlich für die tägliche Zubereitung unserer Mittagsverpflegung für das Café sowie für unsere Kita. Dabei kochst du abwechslungsreiche, frische und ausgewogene Gerichte für unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse und Altersgruppen. Du arbeitest selbstständig, bringst deine Ideen ein und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Gäste und Kinder täglich mit einem leckeren und ausgewogenen Mittagessen versorgt werden.

Deine Aufgaben: - Zubereitung der täglichen Mittagsmenüs für unser Café und unsere Kita - Planung und Zubereitung von abwechslungsreichen, frischen und ausgewogenen Gerichten - Berücksichtigung von vegetarischen, veganen und weiteren speziellen Ernährungsformen - Selbstständige Organisation und Vorbereitung des täglichen Küchenablaufs - Mitverantwortung für Einkauf, Warenbestellung und Warenkontrolle - Kreative Mitgestaltung unserer Menüplanung - Einhaltung und Sicherstellung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards - Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der Küche - Sorgfältiger und wirtschaftlicher Umgang mit Lebensmitteln

Dein Profil: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung - Erfahrung in der Zubereitung von Mittagsverpflegung, idealerweise in Gastronomie, Kita, Schule oder ähnlichem Umfeld - Freude am Kochen und an der Zubereitung frischer und abwechslungsreicher Gerichte - Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise - Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein - Freude an der Arbeit mit unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen - Gute Deutschkenntnisse - Hygienebewusstsein und gepflegtes Auftreten
