Wir sind eine Familien\-AG mit Sitz in Uri. Unsere 5 Geschäfte (3 x mode, 2 x Monolabel/Mulilabel Stores mit Street One, Cecil etc.) findest Du in UR, SZ und AG. Seit März 2023 sind wir auch im EKZ Länderpark in Stans NW für unsere Kundschaft da. Aktuell sind wir mit der GL rund 33 Personen und freuen uns, Dich vielleicht bald bei uns an Bord zu haben! Aufgaben --------

Du arbeitest in unserem Store im Länderpark Stans NW mit Street One, Cecil, Tom Tailor und S. in einem aufgestellten Team mit 9 Kolleginnen. Wir bieten Damen\- Herren\- und Mode für Teens an.

Aktives, kundenorientiertes Verkaufen mit Vorwahl/Vollbedienung, die Pflege des Kundenstamms und Unterstützung der Markenverantwortlichen bei Wareneingang, bei der Warenpräsentation und beim Umstellen sind Deine wichtigsten Aufgaben. Die üblichen Nebenarbeiten wie Aufräumen, Abstauben etc. gehören natürlich auch dazu.

Der Store wird aktuell vom Team geführt, die GL unterstützt telefonisch und ist jede Woche auch vor Ort. Bei Pensum 80% und entsprechender Erfahrung und Eignung ist es möglich, Dich nach einer Einarbeitungsphase auch in Richtung Storeleitung/Filialleitung einzuplanen.

Kasse und Warenein/ausgang sind bei uns komplett digitalsiert. Kein Bürokram, das erledigt unser Team in Altdorf für Dich!

Qualifikation -------------

Wir suchen Dich mit Ausbildung (im Detailhandel Bekleidung) und/oder Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position. Du hast schon ein paar Jahre in einem Geschäft mit vergleichbarem Angebot gearbeitet. Möchtest Du Dich als Storeleitung/Filialleitung bewerben? Dann hast Du auch dafür schon Erfahrung gesammelt...
