Das Team Managed Device Services verantwortet den gemanagten Arbeitsplatz für Windows\\-, macOS\\- und mobile Geräte, mit Microsoft Intune als Basis. Wir gestalten und automatisieren diese Plattform selbst, statt Kundenprojekte umzusetzen. Dazu bieten wir flexible Arbeitszeiten, Homeoffice und die Anstellungsbedingungen des Kantons Zürich. Modern Workplace Engineer ========================= \\Aufgaben\\ \* Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Intune\\-basierten Modern\\-Workplace\\-Themen für Windows und macOS im Team Managed Device Services \* Massgebliche Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der cloudbasierten Endpoint\\-Management\\-Plattform für Windows\\-, macOS\\- und Windows\\-365\\-Arbeitsplätze \* Verwaltung der mobilen Geräte (iPadOS und Android) über Intune, inklusive Enrollment, App\\-Bereitstellung und Compliance \* Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Intune\\-Konfigurationen, Richtlinien, Deployments und Sicherheitsvorgaben für unterschiedliche Arbeitsplatzszenarien, unter anderem auf Basis der Open Intune Baseline und der CIS Benchmarks \* Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Zero\\-Touch\\-Deployments mit Windows Autopilot und Apple Automated Device Enrollment inklusive der Enrollment\\-, SSO\\- und Compliance\\-Szenarien \* Applikationsbereitstellung und Lifecycle für Windows und macOS, überwiegend automatisiert über bestehende Repositories und Patch\\-Management\\-Werkzeuge, mit eigener Paketierung dort, wo es eine Anwendung erfordert \* Automatisierung von Client\\-Management\\-Prozessen über die Microsoft Graph API und n8n \* Erstellung technischer Konzepte, Dokumentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie Unterstützung des Wissenstransfers in Richtung Support \\Profil\\ \* Abgeschlossene höhere Informatikausbildung (HF, FH), eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder entsprechende Praxiserfahrung im Endpoint Management \* Mehrjährige nachweisbare, fundierte Erfahrung im Endpoint Management mit Microsoft Intune für Windows\\-, macOS, inklusive Windows Autopilot, Apple Automated Device Enrollment sowie MDM\\- und MAM\\-Konzepten \* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Softwarepaketierung, Softwareverteilung und Application Lifecycle Management für Windows und macOS \* Erfahrung mit gehärteten Baselines (Open Intune Baseline, CIS), macOS\\-Konfigurationsprofilen (Plattform\\-SSO, FileVault, Declarative Device Management) und Privileged Access Management auf dem Client \* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PowerShell und in der Microsoft Graph API zur Automatisierung von Client\\-Management\\-Prozessen, dazu gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und Entra ID \* Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in Patch My PC, RoboPack, Winget, Munki oder Installomator, in Workflow\\-Automatisierung wie n8n sowie Erfahrung mit Entra Hybrid Join und Co\\-Management \* Strukturierte, selbstständige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit \* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse \\Wir bieten\\ Unsere Mitarbeitenden profitieren von vielfältigen und attraktiven Angeboten.
