Deine Mission an der Front - Herzliche Beratung: Du gehst aktiv auf Kundinnen zu, berätst sie stilsicher bei der Farb- und Modestilwahl und findest für jede den perfekten Look. - Service-Profi: Du lebst unsere Servicestandards, wickelst Einkäufe an modernen Kassensystemen ab und machst das Shoppen zum Erlebnis. - Beziehungsmanagement & Charme: Du gewinnst Stammkundinnen, pflegst Kontakte und handelst auch Reklamationen souverän und lösungsorientiert ab. - Store-Ästhetik: Du sorgst für eine optimale Warenpräsentation (Visual Merchandising), packst bei der Warenannahme an und hältst die Verkaufsfläche top gepflegt.

Das bringst du mit - Erfahrung & Ausbildung: Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Verkauf (idealerweise Modebranche) oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel (Fachrichtung Textil) mit. - Persönlichkeit: Du bist ein kommunikatives Verkaufstalent mit gewinnender, zuverlässiger Ausstrahlung und sprichst fliessend Deutsch. - Flexibilität & Teamgeist: Pünktlichkeit ist für dich selbstverständlich. Du bist teamfähig und bereit, deine Einsätze flexibel (inklusive Samstagarbeit) zu leisten. - Das gewisse Extra (Optional): Du hast Affinität zu Social Media und Spass daran, modische Looks für unsere Online-Präsenz zu präsentieren? Ein echtes Plus!
