Planification et réalisation des travaux d’entretien des espaces verts (tonte, taille, désherbage, plantation, etc.) ainsi que conduite et entretien des machines (tondeuses autoportées, taille\-haies, souffleurs, etc.) pour nos clients Organisation, répartition et suivi des chantiers, des tâches et des délais Contrôle de la qualité des prestations et respect des normes de sécurité sur les chantiers Gestion du matériel, suivi des stocks de fournitures et produits phytosanitaires, tâches administratives Toute contribution technique et logistique nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l’atelier jardins Compétences requises CFC d’horticulteur·trice au minimum ; formation complémentaire (MSP, encadrement, etc.), un atout Expérience confirmée en gestion d’équipe et en conduite de chantiers paysagers Qualités humaines et aisance relationnelle, empathie et ouverture pour encadrer des personnes en situation de handicap Maîtrise de la conduite d’engins motorisés (tondeuses autoportées, tracteurs, etc.) ; permis de conduire cat. B indispensable, cat.
