Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitungsphase unterstützt Du unser Team als MontageleiterNeumontage \& Retrofit im Bereich Intralogistik international (a) Deine Aufgaben “Als Montageleiter bist du der Vorarbeiter vor Ort” Du übernimmst die Organisation und fachliche Anleitung des Montagepersonals Als motivierender Vorarbeiter packst du aktiv mit an und stellst sicher, dass die Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden In der Rolle des Baustellenleiters sorgst du für eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen Kunden, Projektleitung und Engineering. Dabei hast du stets die Einhaltung der HSE\-Richtlinien im Blick Durchführung und Überwachung von Demontage\-, Montage\- und Umbauarbeiten, Austausch und Modernisierung von mechanischen, elektrischen und sicherheitstechnischen Komponenten Als Allrounder bringst du dich auch in der Inbetriebnahmephase ein, unterstützt den reibungslosen Ablauf und arbeitest deine Checklisten effizient ab Die Reisetätigkeit für diese Position liegt bei 70%, wobei regelmäßige, bezahlte Heimreisen garantiert sind. Zudem gibt es für unsere Mitarbeiter mit hoher Reisebereitschaft spezielle Aufwandsentschädigungen Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechaniker oder vergleichbare mechanische Grundkenntnisse, idealerweise auch in Steuerungs\- und Antriebstechnik Erfahrung in der Montage und in der Führung von Montageteams ist von Vorteil Ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein in Bezug auf Arbeitssicherheits\- und Umweltschutzrichtlinien Deine persönlichen Stärken: Führungsstärke, soziale Kompetenz, Eigeninitiative, Leistungsbereitschaft, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist Bereitschaft zu Wochenend\- und Feiertagseinsätzen Führerschein Kat.
