Für unseren Kunden, ein erfolgreiches und innovatives Unternehmen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen engagierten Polymechaniker / Maschinenmonteur (m/w/) für die Montage von hochwertigen Maschinen und Anlagen. ###

Aufgaben:

  • Montage von Maschinen und Anlagen gemäss technischen Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Montageplänen
  • Mechanische Montage von Maschinenelementen wie Lagern, Wellen, Getrieben, Kupplungen und Führungssystemen
  • Ausrichten, Einstellen und Justieren von Maschinenkomponenten nach vorgegebenen Toleranzen
  • Einbau von Hydraulik-, Pneumatik- und Schmiersystemen
  • Durchführung von Funktionskontrollen sowie mechanischen Abnahmen der fertiggestellten Maschinen
  • Selbstständige Vormontage von mechanischen Baugruppen und Unterbaugruppen
  • Montage von Getriebeeinheiten, Antriebssystemen und weiteren Funktionsgruppen
  • Prüfung und Kontrolle der Einzelteile vor und nach der Montage
  • Kennzeichnung und fachgerechte Bereitstellung der vormontierten Baugruppen
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Funktionsprüfungen während und nach der Montage
  • Erkennen und Melden von Abweichungen, Fehlerteilen oder Materialmängeln
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Qualitätsstandards sowie geltender Sicherheitsvorschriften

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, Landmaschinenmechaniker EFZ, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer EFZ oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Maschinen-, Anlagen- oder Sondermaschinenbau von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Montageunterlagen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der mechanischen Montage sowie idealerweise in Hydraulik und Pneumatik
  • Selbstständige, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
