Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Aufbau und Montage individueller Fahrzeuglösungen für den Nutzfahrzeugbereich
  • Mechanische Montagearbeiten an verschiedenen Fahrzeugaufbauten und technischen Systemen
  • Fertigung und Anpassung von Konstruktionen aus Stahl und Aluminium
  • Zuschneiden, Bohren, Anpassen und Schweissen von Profilen und Blechteilen
  • Montage und Verlegung von hydraulischen Leitungen sowie Einbau entsprechender Komponenten
  • Installation und Einstellung von elektrischen bzw. elektronischen Bedienelementen
  • Parametrierung und Prüfung von Steuerungs- und Fernbedienungssystemen
  • Durchführung von Funktions- und Sicherheitskontrollen vor der Fahrzeugübergabe
  • Mitarbeit bei kundenspezifischen Sonderlösungen und technischen Anpassungen
  • Sicherstellen einer sauberen und qualitativ hochwertigen Ausführung der Arbeiten

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im mechanischen Bereich, beispielsweise als Polymechaniker, Fahrzeugschlosser, Landmaschinenmechaniker, Baumaschinenmechaniker, LKW-Mechaniker oder vergleichbar
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Montage, im Fahrzeugbau, Maschinenbau oder einem verwandten technischen Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der mechanischen Bearbeitung und idealerweise Erfahrung im Schweissen
  • Interesse und Verständnis für Hydraulik, Mechanik und elektrische Systeme
  • Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen und Unterlagen zu lesen und umzusetzen
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Freude an praktischen, abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten
  • Teamorientierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Produkte und technische Systeme einzuarbeiten
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
