Deine Aufgaben

Aus Linien werden Lösungen. Aus Ideen entstehen Projekte. Und genau hier kommst du ins Spiel. Ob individuelle Fassadenlösung, spezielle Anschlussdetails oder anspruchsvolle Kundenanforderungen – du prüfst die technische Machbarkeit und entwickelst daraus durchdachte Konstruktionen, die in der Praxis funktionieren. Du prüfst Machbarkeiten, erarbeitest projektspezifische Konstruktionen und sorgst mit präzisen 3D\-CAD\-Zeichnungen dafür, dass aus einer Idee ein erfolgreich umgesetztes Projekt wird. Dabei stehst du im engen Austausch mit Kunden, Architekten, Verkauf und Produktion und begleitest Projekte von der ersten technischen Abklärung bis zur fertigen Ausarbeitung. Du denkst nicht nur in Konstruktionen, sondern immer auch in praktikablen und wirtschaftlichen Lösungen. Gleichzeitig liegt dein Fokus auf der Entwicklung bestehender sowie neuer Systeme und Produkte, wodurch du aktiv dazu beiträgst, innovative Lösungen für die Gebäudehülle von morgen zu schaffen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metallbaukonstrukteur EFZ, Konstrukteur EFZ oder ähnliche Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion sowie im Umgang mit 3D\-CAD\-Systemen (idealerweise Autodesk Inventor)
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude daran, individuelle Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Konstruktionszeichnungen sowie in der Prüfung technischer Machbarkeiten
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Vernetztes Denken sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Freude am Austausch mit Kunden, Architekten, Verkauf und Produktion
