Stillstand ist für dich keine Option. Du hinterfragst Bestehendes, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und bringst Projekte konsequent ins Ziel. Von der Modernisierung bestehender Anlagen über die Evaluation neuer Technologien bis hin zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme – dein Alltag ist spannend und abwechslungsreich.

  • Produktionsanlagen analysieren, modernisieren oder durch neue Lösungen ersetzen
  • Investitionsprojekte von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme eigenverantwortlich leiten
  • Neue Maschinen und Technologien an Fachmessen, bei Lieferanten oder am Markt evaluieren
  • Angebote einholen, technische Lösungen vergleichen und fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen erarbeiten
  • Produktions\- und Logistikprozesse analysieren sowie Produktivität, Qualität und Effizienz nachhaltig steigern
  • \- und KVP\-Massnahmen initiieren und erfolgreich umsetzen
  • Interne Fachbereiche, Lieferanten und externe Partner koordinieren

Das bringst du mit

  • Technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise in der Metall\-, Maschinen\- oder Produktionsindustrie
  • Weiterbildung als Prozessfachmann/\-frau, Betriebstechniker/in HF oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im industriellen Produktions\- oder Prozessumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung technischer Projekte von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Manufacturing, Prozessoptimierung oder KVP
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Überzeugendes Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen erfolgreich voranzutreiben
