Basée à Gollion, dans le canton de Vaud, EMG ElectroProcess est une entreprise suisse spécialisée dans l'électricité industrielle, l'automation et la fabrication de tableaux électriques.

Nous accompagnons nos clients dans la conception, la réalisation et la mise en service de solutions électriques et d'automatisation, notamment dans les domaines de l'industrie, du traitement des eaux, des infrastructures et du bâtiment.

À taille humaine, notre équipe réunit des compétences complémentaires en électricité, automation et gestion de procédés, nous permettant de suivre les projets depuis leur étude jusqu'à leur mise en service sur site.

Monteur Câbleur (H/F) - à 100 %

Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un Monteur Câbleur capable d'intervenir sur nos différents projets, aussi bien en atelier que lors des mises en service chez nos clients.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené à :

  • Réaliser le montage, le câblage et l'équipement de tableaux électriques à partir de schémas et plans techniques (tableaux de process, TGBT, tableaux de distribution secondaire-).
  • Assurer le raccordement et l'intégration des différents composants électriques et d'automation.
  • Effectuer les contrôles, tests et vérifications des équipements.
  • Réaliser les tests fonctionnels et procéder aux ajustements nécessaires sur site.
  • Rechercher, diagnostiquer et résoudre les pannes électriques et les dysfonctionnements liés à l'automation.
  • Intervenir sur la maintenance et la modification d'installations existantes.

Selon votre expérience et vos compétences, vous pourrez progressivement gagner en autonomie et prendre davantage de responsabilités sur la partie programmation et mise en service des projets.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d'installateur-électricien, d'automaticien, d'électricien de montage, d'automaticien ou d'une formation technique jugée équivalente.
  • Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience dans le câblage de tableaux électriques, l'électricité industrielle ou l'automation.
  • Vous savez lire et interpréter des schémas électriques.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec le travail pratique et appréciez autant le travail en atelier que les interventions sur site.
  • Vous travaillez avec précision, méthode et autonomie.
  • Vous avez un bon esprit d'équipe et appréciez évoluer dans une structure à taille humaine.
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire.
  • Vous êtes volontaire pour effectuer un service de piquet toutes les 5 semaines environ.
